How to get to Ubizen AETHIS

By car:

• from Brussels
• from Namur
• from Leuven
• from Nivelles

From Brussels:

• Take the E411 motorway towards Namur, Luxemburg.
• Leave the motorway at exit 9 marked «Corroy-le-Grand».
• At the roundabout, turn right onto the N4.
• Turn left (third exit) at the next roundabout.
• Then turn left again at the next cross (rue du Bosquet)
• We are at number 7, a red brick building called Biotechnology Business Center.

From Namur:

• Take the E411 motorway towards Brussels.
• Leave the motorway at exit 9 marked «Corroy-le-Grand».
• At the exit, turn left toward the N4.
• At the roundabout, turn right onto the N4.
• Turn left (third exit) at the next roundabout.
• Then turn left again at the next cross (rue du Bosquet)
• We are at number 7, a red brick building called Biotechnology Business Center.

From Leuven:

• Take the Naamsesteenweg road towards Wavre (=Waver).
• After 5 km, at the traffic lights, turn right towards Wavre.
• At the next traffic light turn right towards Wavre.
• At the second traffic light (at Archennes), turn left, then right onto the N25 road.
• At the next roundabout, drive straight.
• The N25 is now a motorway.
• Stay on it till it gets narrower, turns left and merges with N4.
• Then drive straight at the next 3 roundabouts.
• At the next roundabout, turn right.
• Then turn left at the next cross (rue du Bosquet)
• We are at number 7, a red brick building called Biotechnology Business Center.

From Nivelles:

• Take the N237 road towards Wavre.
• After 5 km, it turns left and leads you to the N25 motorway.
• Stay on it till it gets narrower and you reach a roundabout.
• At the roundabout, turn left onto the N4.
• 200 meters farther, at the roundabout, turn left (third exit).
• Then turn left again at the next cross (rue du Bosquet)
• We are at number 7, a red brick building called Biotechnology Business Center.

By train

• There is a small railway station in Louvain-la-Neuve (2.5 km from the office) and a more important and well connected one in Ottignies (7 km from the office)
• Option 1: We pick you up at the station of Louvain-la-Neuve (to be arranged in advance).
  Take the following points into account:
  • Most of the trains going from Brussels to Louvain-la-Neuve stop in every station.
    It is generally faster to take an IR-train (InterRegion) to Ottignies, an important station close to Louvain-la-Neuve.
    You then have plenty of connections to Louvain-la-Neuve.
  • Once you get in Louvain-la-Neuve, give us a call to pick you up at the station (2.5km from the Office).
• Option 2: Take a taxi from the station of Ottignies (about 13 euros to the office in Louvain-la-Neuve).
  • In Ottignies, there are taxis waiting at the station (which is not the case in Louvain-la-Neuve).
• Good to know anyway:
  • Ottignies has direct connections to Brussels, Namur, Luxemburg, Leuven, Nivelles and Ghent.
  • There are plenty of connections from Ottignies to Louvain-la-Neuve.
  • If you arrive in Belgium by an international train (Eurostar, Thalys, ...), the railway station in Brussels is Bruxelles-Midi/Brussel-Zuid. You then have 2 departures per hour to Ottignies (line to Namur, Dinant or Luxemburg).

By air

• Fly to Brussels National Airport (Zaventem)
• The National Tourist Information Office, situated in the luggage hall of the airport, can help you and provide useful information about getting to Louvain-la-Neuve. The office is open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
• Option 1: By train.
  • From the airport, you can take the train to go to Brussels (Bruxelles-Nord/Brussel-Noord). Departure every 30 minutes.
  • Once in Brussels, take a connection to Ottignies as explained above.
• Option 2: Take a taxi from the Airport (about 70 EUR to our office in Louvain-la-Neuve).
  • Give the driver a print-out of the access map.
