Ubizen AETHIS is the only official "TelAlert Training Center" on the old continent. To
acquire this status we had to fully comply to the high Quality standards TelAlert has build its reputation on.
Ubizen AETHIS offers two courses on Vytek TelAlert:

The persons that will use TelAlert on a daily basis and perform some basic configuration changes. |
The TelAlert Administrators that will have to maintain the TelAlert environment. |
| Content |
This course covers the fundamental configuration and administration of TelAlert. Concepts covered are amongst others : Sending messages, Working with Destination and Groups, Configuring Schedules, Escalation, Using two-way SMS and basic Administrative Tasks.

The Advanced Administration course covers the advanced configuration of TelAlert. The major concepts covered are: Installation, Processing and Troubleshooting, Remote/Redundant Installation, Alert Filtering, Adding Vocabulary, Working with Advanced Scheduling Features, TelAlert Heartbeat, Integration with Other Products

Good knowledge of NOC environment, Windows and/or Unix systems. |
Using and Administering TelAlert training course. |

- Languages: English, French, Dutch or Spanish spoken
with handouts in English
- Maximum number of attendees: five
